We try very hard not to over charge on shipping. We will weigh your items and add approximately .50 cents to cover the price of the envelope. For instance, pendants are shipped at $1.50, but we can ship as many as 4 for $1.50. We don't want to make money off shipping, that's not fair to you, our customer. Unless otherwise instructed, we ship through the U.S. Postal Service.
We accept credit cards through BillPoint. If requested, we will send you an invoice through BillPoint, and they will give you a link to pay with either electronic check or any major credit card. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. With BillPoint, we will ship the following day after we get confirmation of payment.
Thunderpuffin is one very large cat. She has her picture on our home page, if you hold the mouse over the picture she will talk to you, and if you need a closer view, click on the picture. She has "cattitude"! The real people behind Thunderpuffin are Paul Cordalis and Barbara Ern. Paul has been collecting and purchasing rocks, minerals and crystals since he was a small boy. Barbara likes to be creative, and who knows what new page will show up next, with her latest projects.
In the "classic" sense, there is no Thunderpuffin store. We work and sell out of our home in Black Canyon City, Arizona. We do sell out of the rock yard at our house, and folks are always welcome to stop in and browse to their hearts content. We recommend a Winter visit, since our Winters are the best in the Country! If you are planning on being in this neck of the woods, e-mail us, and we will give you directions!
